She has an extensive background in operations and transition management in the Big Box & Grocery Retail Industries. Susan’s focus for the past 10 years has been in helping clients solve complex business problems through innovative software programs.

As Vice President of Global Marketing and Business Development for enVista and Enspire Commerce, J.J. Schambow is responsible for overseeing the development of enVista’s brands, and for driving brand awareness and lead generation for the firm and its expansive solutions portfolio. In her role, Schambow leads all integrated marketing communications programs, and inside sales and business development initiatives. Schambow brings more 20 years of marketing and PR experience for global, high-growth tech companies and more than 15 years of marketing experience in the supply chain and retail technology space.

Ruth joined the Enspire Commerce team as Vice President of Strategy and Enterprise in 2017. She has more than 15 years of consulting and technology leadership and management experience. She has been building teams focused on helping enterprise clients solve complex business problems through the application of technology. She is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients while creating an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, teamwork and career growth for the team members.  Prior to joining Enspire Commerce Ruth worked as a General Manager at Perficient. She incubated three new high growth practice areas and managed sales execution, delivery, and operations for the business unit. She exercised complete ownership of P&L for one of top performing, fastest growing business unit. She devised the business unit’s sales and growth strategy, launched new solution offerings, managed and mentored high-performing sales and delivery team, monitored results to consistently outperform sales quota and earned revenue targets, increase profit margins, enhance market position and reduce operating costs. Ruth prefers to spend her spare time in her garden and aspires to become an organic farmer supplying to the "Farm to Table" movement currently underway in USA. Ruth is based in the farming heartland of Northern Virginia. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India and a Computer Science degree from Delhi Institute of Technology, India.

Jason brings to the team extensive knowledge and experience in UI architecting, cross platform technologies and retail system architectures.
