CEO

Jim Barnes is considered a leading expert in supply chain management from source to consumption. He co-founded enVista in 2002 in response to market demand for comprehensive supply chain consulting services, and he has spent the last 20 years successfully deploying supply chain and enterprise solutions and synchronizing material and information flow for Fortune 500 companies. Barnes has consulted companies in retail, wholesale distribution and e-commerce industries.

Mike Ingardia

CTO, Managing Partner

Michael Ingardia is the Chief Technology Officer of enVista and Enspire Commerce, an enVista company, where he also serves as a Managing Partner. In his role, Michael provides technology direction and strategy for the company's software offerings. Previously, Michael was the Director of Architecture for Sterling Commerce, which was acquired by IBM during his time there. After the acquisition, he was the only one to acquire the title of Senior Technical Staff Member (STSM) at IBM during his first year there. In addition, Michael was part of the Global Architecture team at TIBCO. Early in his career, Michael also ran his own company called Peridyne Technology Solutions, a software and consulting company in the supply chain vertical. Michael holds a Computer Science Degree from Rutgers College. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, including sons Colin and Aidan.

Jason Futch

Managing Partner, Retail Engagement POS

Jason is a serial entrepreneur that has been engineering/architecting user-friendly software for the past 16 years. His background is in Retail Point of Sale and Retail Management Solutions, in addition to high traffic e-Commerce and Classified portals. Jason brings to the team extensive knowledge and experience in UI architecting, cross platform technologies and retail system architectures.
